MERBABU HIKING TOUR ITINERARY:
DAY 1: YOGYAKARTA – MOUNT MERBABU CAMPING
08:30 AM – 10:30 AM Pickup at Hotel in Yogyakarta, then travel to Mt Merbabu
10:30 PM – 11:00 AM Arrive at the hiking basecamp, Meet the guide & Preparation
11:00 AM – 04:00 PM Hiking activity of Merbabu Mountain to the campsite at Post 4
04:00 PM – 06:00 PM Arrived at the Campsite, take some relax and enjoy the sunset moment
06:00 PM – 08:00 PM Have a dinner followed with stay overnight in the tent & rest for tomorrow
DAY 2: MOUNT MERBABU SUMMIT – YOGYAKARTA
03:00 AM – 03:30 AM Wake up early for hot drink (coffee/tea) before summit attack
03:30 AM – 05:00 AM Morning hike to reach the Summit of Mount Merbabu on 3,142m
05:00 AM – 06:30 AM Enjoy the sunrise, views overlooking Merapi & explore summit area
06:30 AM – 08:30 AM Leaving the summit and Return to the campsite for having breakfast
08:30 AM – 12:00 PM Descend to Mount Merbabu hiking basecamp with the same route
12:00 PM – 02:00 PM Travel to Yogyakarta Area and transfer back to hotel. End of the Adventure!
